Healthy Fresh Raspberry Ricotta Treat

This recipe is for a single treat or dessert. I actually have it for breakfast or a healthy treat when I am having a sweet craving.



Ingredients:
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
1/2 cup fresh raspberries
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp coconut oil (opptional)
1 single packet Truvia

Very simple to make. Just put all the ingredients into a small bowl. 


















Mix until well blended well and enjoy!
